PRESENTER INFORMATION, FEES, INSTRUCTIONS
If interested in presenting your company at the 2025 Symposium, send 1-2-3 page Executive Summary and 12-20 slide Pitch Deck for immediate review, comment and critique. After review, we will let you know if we believe you are highly investable, should get capital funding if selected to present and are open and receptive to critique and coaching from our seasoned, battle tested Symposium Mentors and Coaches.
The 2025 Symposium is hosted by Sweetwater Capital and they will send you an acceptance letter and offer you the opportunity to pitch at the 2025 Symposium in Las Vegas. All fees and requirements will be spelled out, and you must confirm and agree to all requirements to pitch in April 2025.
You, as a selected presenter, will pay a $2,000 upfront pitch fee and another $5,000 on any capital funding over $50,000 as a marketing fee for this opportunity of coaching, training, critique, pitching, and potential capital funding.
Once selected and the engagement letter is signed, returned and payment received, you will be assigned a seasoned Pitch Coach and begin the in-depth preparation for the April 2025 Symposium at Black Fire Innovation.
You will pitch your venture in-person to 200+ investors on April 23-25 at Black Fire Innovation in Las Vegas.
